Delivery

Delivery terms

The delivery cost is calculated according to the carrier’s тарифы and is paid by the customer.

The delivery time usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on the region and product availability in stock.

If the product is not available in stock, delivery time may be additionally agreed and can take up to 1 month.

Delivery time depends on product availability and logistics of the carrier.

Payment

Payment methods

Cash on delivery — with 10% prepayment
Bank transfer for individuals and companies — according to the details provided in the order confirmation email
Dropshipping and wholesale orders are paid in full before shipment on a prepayment basis

Payment conditions may vary depending on the order type.

Inspection

Product inspection upon delivery

We recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the product upon receipt in the presence of the delivery service representative.

In case of damage, it must be documented at the time of delivery and reported to our manager.

Inspection upon delivery ensures fast resolution of any issues.
